Carpenter EFZ (m/f/d) 100%

As a carpenter at Wikkelhouse, you will become a key specialist in our production process. You will work directly on the construction of our Wikkelhouses, from preparing the materials to assembling the various segments. With your expertise and passion for the craft, you will help bring the vision of the Swiss Wikkelhouse to life.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Performing woodworking tasks as part of production orders
  • Pre-assembly and adjustment of manufactured parts
  • Completing the interior finishing of Wikkelhouse segments
  • Close collaboration with the production manager and within the team

 

Your Profile:

  • Proficient in German
  • Completed training as a carpenter (EFZ), joiner (EFZ), or in a related profession
  • Three years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented work style
  • Interest in the development and philosophy of Wikkelhouse

Planner / CAD Draftsman (m/f/d) 100%

As a Designer/Drafter at Wikkelhouse Schweiz AG, you will become a key specialist in our development and production process. You will work directly on the design and construction of our Wikkelhouses—from the initial 3D models through to detailed production and assembly plans. With your expertise, your understanding of structural design, and your passion for timber construction, you will help further develop the vision of the Swiss Wikkelhouse.

Your responsibilities:

  • Creating 3D models and shop drawings in Cadwork
  • Detailed planning of our modular timber structures
  • Creating production and assembly plans
  • Developing construction details (floors, walls, roofs, connections, waterproofing)
  • Assisting with building permit applications and technical dossiers
  • Coordinating between planning, production, and the construction site
  • Collaborating on prototypes, custom solutions, and new construction techniques
  • Continuously improving our modular building systems

Your profile:

  • Proficient in German
  • Training as a Certified Wood Technician (HF) in Timber Construction or Certified Wood Technician (HF) in Carpentry
  • Very good CAD skills (required)
  • Spatial awareness and an understanding of construction
  • Enjoyment of hands-on implementation (not just desk work) – close collaboration with the Head of Development and the Production Manager is a daily requirement
  • Independent and structured work style
